At YouTube Comment Picker, we want you to be sure our tool works for you before you spend anything. That's why every new account gets 3 free trial giveaways, each with up to 50 comments.

Use your 3 free trials to check that YouTube Comment Picker fetches your post's comments, applies your filters, and picks winners the way you need — all before you choose a paid plan.

All sales are final

Because you can fully test the service for free before buying, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly and annual subscriptions, including renewals
• Partly used billing periods
• Unused giveaways, credits or features
• Change of mind after purchase

Our service is digital and delivered instantly. As soon as your plan is active you have full access, and every giveaway draw is processed in real time.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Profile Settings. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and its data, ends your access straight away, and does not refund any remaining paid time.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account so you aren't charged again.

When we will step in

We'll always look into it if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription
• Your payment went through but your plan was never activated

In these cases, contact us and we'll put it right, including refunding the incorrect charge where appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer law.

Before you run a giveaway

YouTube Comment Picker works with publicly available comments. We can't retrieve comments from private accounts, or comments that have been deleted, hidden or restricted by the platform. Please use your free trials to make sure your post works as expected.
